An introduction to Human Rights, its development, and a detailed study of fundamental freedoms in a ancient history, middle ages as well as modern times, including a comprehensive study of human rights codification in contemporary legal and constitutional systems as it is stated in international declarations and convents   as well as minority rights in international law, individual status in international law and judiciary, and a comparative study of all the above-mentioned rights with sharia principles and the constitution of Jordan.
